Mr. Bukovac inducted into the Army on April 30, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota.
He served as a Technician Fifth Grade and medical technician with the 70th Field Hospital in Central Burma and India.
He received the following: Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Service Medal, American Campaign Medal, and two overseas service bars.
Mr. Bukovac was honorably discharged on January 15, 1946, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
