Mr. Briski inducted into the Army November 30, 1944, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Chisholm, Minnesota.

He served as a Private First Class and rifleman with the Corps of Engineers Headquarters Co. of the 808th E-A-B in Luzon, Philippines.

Awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with one bronze battle star, World War II Victory Medal, Army of Occupation Service Medal (Japan), two overseas service bars, and Philippine Liberation Medal with one bronze battle star.

Honorably discharged November 7, 1946, at Fort Sheridan, Illinois.
