John W. Haun

John W. Haun of Chisholm, Minn. was inducted into the Army on Sept. 16, 1943 at Fort Snelling, Minn.
He was a Technician 5th Grade and locomotive engineer in Company B of the 752nd Railway Operations Battalion in Northern France, Ardennes and Rhineland.
Mr. Haun was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal with three bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal and two overseas service bars.
He was honorably discharged Nov. 20, 1945 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
