John Richard Hill

John Richard Hill entered the Army Air Corps on March 28, 1943 at Fort Snelling, Minn. Home at entry: Chisholm, Minn.

He served as a Private First Class and guard-patrolman with the Headquarters, Base Service Squadron 556 of the Air Service Group in the Pacific Theater.

Mr. Hill was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal and one overseas service bar.

He was honorably discharged February 18, 1946 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
