Joe Tyminski

Joe Tyminski was inducted into the Army on December 23, 1942. Home at entry: Kinney, Minnesota.

He served as a Technician Fourth Grade and auto mechanic in the European Theater and with the 13th Airborne Division of the 129th Airborne Engineer Battalion at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Mr. Tyminski was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal, one overseas service bar.

He was honorably discharged on January 31, 1946, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
