Jennie C. (Mikelich) Beloy of Eveleth, Minnesota was commissioned in the Army Nurse Corps and entered active duty on Jan. 25, 1945.

Mrs. Mikelich received the: Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with one bronze battle star, Philippine Liberation Medal with one bronze star, World War II Victory Medal and one overseas service bar.
She was discharged on Feb. 10, 1946.
