James E. Larson was enlisted in the Army Air Corps on September 9, 1942 at Minneapolis, Minn.
He was a Sergeant and crew member with the B-24 Liberator bombers in Squadron C, 3701st Army Air Forces Base Unit, 15th Air Force in Italy, North Apennines, Po Valley and Central Europe.
Mr. Larson received the: Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal with three bronze battle stars, American Campaign Medal and World War II Victory Medal.
He was honorably discharged on December 8, 1945 at Chanute Field, Ill.
