James Daley McDowell

 James Daley McDowell entered active duty in the Naval Reserves on April 7, 1942.

He served as a Pharmacist's Mate 1st Class with Headquarters Squadron of the Second Marine Wing, Fleet Marine Force; VMF 462, VMF 461, NavAir Warning Squadron Seven at continental U.S. shore stations.

Mr. McDowell was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation.

He was honorably discharged January 8, 1946, at Minneapolis, Minnesota.
