Jalmer Lehto

Jalmer Lehto was inducted into the Army in March, 1942.

He was a Technician 4th Grade with the Headquarters Company in the 25th Tank Battalion in Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes and Central Europe.

Mr. Lehto received the: Army Good Conduct Medal, Distinguished Unit Citation, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal with five bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal and three overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged on October 26, 1945 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
