Irwin William Wells

Irvin William Wells served in World War II in the Pacific Theater, specifically, in Occupied Japan.

Mr. Wells joined the Army on March 27, 1946. He was assigned to Headquarters Company, 127th Airborne Engineer Battalion, 11th Airborne (“Angels”) Division.

His rank was Private 1st Class. He was discharged on January 2, 1949.

Mr. Wells was born in Granville, North Dakota, the son of Day and Aletha Wells.
