Imo S. Maki of Keewatin, Minn. was inducted into the Army on Jan. 15, 1944.
He was a Technician 4th Grade and an auto mechanic with Battery B, 66th Field Artillery Battalion in the Rhineland and Central Europe.
Mr. Maki was awarded the: Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal with two bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal and two overseas service bars.
He was honorably discharged on March 18, 1946 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
