Hugho G. Hautala of Leonidas, Minnesota, was inducted into the Army July 24, 1943 at Fort Snelling, Minn.

He was a Technician 5th Grade and cook in Company B of the 103rd Infantry Training Basei n the continental United States.

Mr. Hautala was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal and the World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorably discharged Feb. 9, 1946 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
