Herbert "Herb" Vincent Nelson of Duluth, Minnesota served in the United States Navy during World War 11. In the Pacific Theater of war, he served his country.
He was also aboard the USS Paducah in the 1930's Naval Reserve.
He was a member of the Disabled Veterans of America and the VFW American Legion.
Herb passed away in May of 2002.
