Harold J. Lakoskey

Harold J. Lakoskey of Gheen was inducted into the Army on June 29, 1942 at Fort Snelling, Minn.

He was a Private and a warehouse man with the Medical Corps in Algeria, French Morocco and Sicily.

He received the: Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal with two bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal and two overseas service bars.

He was discharged on March 24, 1945 at Schick General Army Hospital, Clinton, Iowa.
