Harold C. Lina

Harold C. Lina entered the Army Air Corps in July 11, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota.

He was an Aviation Cadet and was commissioned 2nd Lieutenant.

He served as a pilot on multi-engine B-24 Liberation aircraft with the 827 Bomb Squadron of the 484th Bombardment Group in Southern France, Rome-Arno, and Air Combat Balkans.

Mr. Lina was awarded the: European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with three bronze battle stars and World War II Victory Medal.

He was relieved from active duty October 20, 1945, at Fort MacArthur, California.
