Glen W. Flaim of Virginia, Minn was inducted into the Army Air Corps July 24, 1943.

He served as a Corporal and engine mechanic with the 403rd Troop Carrier Group in SouthernPhilippines, Western Pacific, Borneo and the China offensives.

Mr. Flaim was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, American Campaign Medal, Philippine Liberation Medal, World War II Victory Medal and one overseas service bar.

He was honorably discharged on Feb. 25, 1946 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
