Glen T. Johnson of Meadowlands, Minnesota enlisted in the Army on July 17, 1942 at Fort Snelling, Minn.

He was promoted from Technical Sergeant to Warrant Officer Junior Grade and served as a supply and evacuation staff officer with 133rd Ordnance Maintenance Battalion of the 11th Armored Division and the 83rd Infantry Division. He fought in the Battle of the Bulge, Ardennes, Rhineland and Central Europe.

Mr. Johnson received the: Meritorious Service Unit Citation, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal with three bronze battle stars, American Campaign Medal and the World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorably discharged on May 1, 1946.
