George R. Wrobel

George R. Wrobel entered the Army on May 4, 1943, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Gheen, Minnesota.

He served as a Staff Sergeant with the 82nd Airborne Division in Central Europe.

He was awarded the American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with one bronze battle star, and World War II Victory Medal.

Mr. Wrobel was honorably discharged on February 8 , 1946, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
