George H. Hanson

George H. Hanson, son of Oscar Hanson of Gheen, Minnesota entered service in May of 1942.
He completed 30 months of service with the Army Air Corps in Australia, New Guinea,and the Philippines. He rose to the rank of Staff Sergeant.
Mr. Hanson was awarded two battle stars on his service ribbon.
On November 24, 1945, George was honorably discharged.
