Garfield R. Morgan

Garfield R. Morgan was inducted into the Army on July 26, 1943.

He was a Corporal and a construction engineer with Company A in the 817th Engineer Aviation Battalion in Rome-Arno, North Apennines and Po Valley, Italy, Southern France and Rhineland.

Mr. Morgan received the: Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Service Medal with five bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal and three overseas service bars.

He was discharged on November 7, 1945.
