Gale “Bud” B. Beccue

Mr. Beccue served in the U.S. Army during World War II and also the Korean Conflict.
During World War II, he was in the 5th Ranger Battalion and took part in the D-Day Invasion on Omaha Beach at Normandy.
He was life member of the VFW; the Disabled American Veterans; and the American Legion.

Mr. Beccue was born on December 26, 1922 in Willow River, MN.

He was born to Herman and Agnes (Barber) Beccue.

He graduated from Willow River High School.

Mr. Beccue died on November 2, 2007 at Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Cloquet.

He received two Purple Hearts.
