Fredrick "Fred" Berlin Jr., a lifelong Proctor resident, was born October 5, 1916 to Fredrick and Emma Berlin. He completed two terms of service with the Civilian Conservation Corps before going to serve his country in World War II. He is an Army veteran. He was a member of the VFW post #71.
