Fred R. DuChamp entered the Army June 11, 1945, Fort Snelling, Minn. Home at entry: Chisholm, Minn.

He served as a Technician 5th Grade and clerk with Headquarters Company of the Army Ground Forces in the Pacific Theater.

Mr. DuChamp was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, and World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorably discharged July 10, 1946 at Fort Sheridan, Ill.
