Frank M. Jeanetta Sr.

Frank M. Jeanetta, Sr. of Duluth, Minn. enlisted in the Army on July 2, 1940 entering active service on February 10, 1941.

He served as a light truck driver and automotive mechanic with the 125th Field Artillery in Tunisia, Naples-Foggia, Rome-Arno, North Apennines and Po Valley, Italy.

Mr. Janetta was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, American Defense service Medal, six overseas service bars and Drivers Badge with mechanic's bar.

He was honorably discharged at Fort Snelling, Minn. on June 30, 1945.
