Frank J. Petric entered the Army Air Corps on Sept. 17, 1942.
He was a Sergeant and a glider maintenance man at Oran, North Africa; Sicily, Naples-Foggia and Rome-Arno in the Italian campaign and northern France and Central Europe.
Mr. Petric received the: European-African-Middle East Campaign Service Medal with six bronze battle stars.
He was discharged on Sept. 23, 1945.
