Frank J. Musich

Frank J. Musich was inducted into the Army on May 28,1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Hibbing, Minnesota.

He served as a Private First Class and motorcyclist with Company A of the 2832nd Engineer Combat Battalion in Algeria-Fr.Morocco; Sicily, Naples-Foggia, and Rome-Arno, Italy; Southern France, Rhineland, and Central Europe.

Mr. Musich was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with seven bronze battle stars and a bronze arrowhead, World War II Victory Medal, and five overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged on August 19, 1945, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
