Frank J. Mlaker

Frank J. Mlaker was inducted into the Army on April 24, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Hibbing, Minnesota.

He served as a Technician 5th Grade and construction machine operator with the 223rd Engineer (C) Company in the Aleutian Islands.

Mr. Mlaker was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with one bronze battle star, World War II Victory Medal fand our overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged November 25, 1945, at Camp Grant, Illinois.
