Frank J. Champa entered the Army September 23, 1942, St. Paul, Minnesota. He served as a Technician Fifth Grade with Headquarters Company of the Eighth Infantry division.

Honorably discharged October 8, 1943, Camp Nathan Bedford Forrest, Tenn.
