Frank A. Hren

Frank A. Hren was inducted into the Army June 29, 1942, Fort Snelling, Minnesota Home at entry: Chisholm, Minnesota.

He served as a Technician 4rth Grade and radio operator with Company A of the 302nd Signal Operations Battalion in Normandy, Norther France, Rhineland, and Central Europe.

Mr. Hren was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with four bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal  and two overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged November 2, 1945, Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
