Frank H. Kosteliz

Frank H. Kosteliz of Biwabik was inducted into the Army on September 2, 1942 at Fort Snelling, Minn..

He was a Technician 5th Grade with the 679th Port Company, Transportation Corps at Normandy in Northern France and the Rhineland, Central Europe.

Mr. Kosteliz received the: Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Service Medal with four bronze battle stars and bronze arrowhead,  American Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal, and four overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged on December 7, 1945 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
