Frank G. Turk

Frank G. Turk was inducted into the Army on September 19, 1941, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Aurora, Minnesota.

Mr. Turk served as a Technician Fourth Grade and cook with Company A of the 45th Signal Heavy Construction Battalion in Rhineland.

He was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, American Defense Service Medal, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with one bronze battle star, World War II Victory Medal, and one overseas service bar.

Mr. Turk was honorably discharged on October 31, 1945, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
