Frank F. Cebelinski was inducted into the Army Air Corps on April 30, 1942.

He was a sergeant with the 13th Troop Carrier Squadron, 403rd Troop Carrier Group in the Pacific Theater, serving in the Bismarck Archipelago, New Guinea and southern Philippines.

He received the:

Good Conduct Medal,
American Campaign Service Medal,
Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Service Medal,
Philippine Liberation Medal and four overseas service bars.

He was discharged on Nov. 14, 1945.
