Mr. Bizal inducted into the Army on May 28, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Kitzville, Minnesota.

He served as a Private First Class and diesel mechanic in the Aleutian Islands.

He received the following: Good Conduct Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with one bronze battle star, and World War II Victory Medal.

Mr. Bizal was honorably discharged on November 6, 1945, at Camp Carson, Colorado.
