Frances A Lessar

Frances A. Lessar of Aurora, Minnesota was enlisted in the Army on March 15, 1943.

She was commissioned 2nd Lieutenant in the Army Nurse Corps in the Pacific Theater: Luzon, Philippines.

Ms. Lessar received the: Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with one bronze battle star, Philippine Liberation Medal with one bronze star and World War II Victory Medal.

She was honorably discharged on January 14, 1946 at Fort Des Moines, Iowa.
