Felix M. Novak

Felix M. Novak of Gilbert was inducted into the Army on April 18, 1941.

He was a Private First Class and a cannoneer in Battery B in the 151st Field Artillery Battalion in the Italian Campaign in Tunisia. He was wounded in action on May 9, 1944 in Cisterna, Italy.

Mr. Novak received the: Purple Heart, Good Conduct Medal, American Defense Service Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Service Medal with two bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal.

He was discharged on September 27, 1945.
