Evert H. Pearson of Duluth, Minnesota was inducted into the Army on Nov. 12, 1943.
He was a Technician 5th Grade and a truck driver and medical technician with the 13th Traffic Regulation Group: serving in the Rhineland and Central Europe. He transported hospital supplies from supply depots to the 93rd General Hospital Unit in France.
Mr. Pearson received the: Good Conduct Medal, Meritorious Service Unit Citation, European-African-Middle East Campaign Service Medal with two bronze battle stars, American Campaign Service Medal and Army of Occupation Service Medal (Germany).
He was discharged on May 20, 1946.
