Everett S. Hultman of Eveleth, Minnesota, was inducted into the Army on April. 29, 1941 at Fort Snelling, Minn.
He was a Private First Class and automatic rifleman, with Company A of the 391st Infantry Regiment in Guadalcanal and the Pacific Theater.
Mr. Hultman was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, PresidentialUnit Citation, Combat Infantryman Badge, Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Service Medal with bronze battle star, American Defense Service Medal, American Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal, Expert Infantryman Badge and five overseas service bars.
He was honorably discharged Nov. 27, 1945 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
