Elton E. Drieman of Virginia, Minn. enlisted in the Navy on April 2, 1943.

He served as a Pharmacist's Mate 3rd Class and a medical technician at the U.S.Naval Hospital in Farragut, Idaho. He s also served on the aircraft carrier USS Tripoli (CVE64) and HedRon FAW 8 in the Pacific Theater.

Mr. Drieman was awarded the Good Conduct Medal.

He was honorably discharged on April 8, 1946 at Minneapolis, Minn.
