Elmer O. Isaacson of Brittmount, Minnesota, was inducted into the Army Air Corps on March 26, 1943 at Fort Snellin, Minn.
He was a Staff Sergeant, airplane sheet metal worker with the 534th Air Service Squadron of the 77th Air Service Group in the Western Pacific.
Mr. Isaacson was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with one bronze star, American Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal and two overseas service bars.
He was honorably discharged February 23, 1946 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
