SUNDVICK, Edwin Herbert
Edwin Herbert Sundvick was born on February 6th 1927 to Anders August "Gust" & Wilhemina "Minnie" [Lindstrom] Sundvick, in Shaw, Minnesota,
Mr. Sundvick enlisted on November 5th 1945 at Fort Ord, California. He served during World War II and his brother Elmer Arvid Sundvick [ Elmer Arvid Sundvick | Veterans Memorial Hall (vets-hall.org) ] did as well. He was assigned to the Hawaiian Department.
After the war, he returned home and married Sylvia [Ahlbeck] on February 14th 1946 and they started a family. He was proud of being a veteran and enjoyed his later years at the Minnesota Veteran's Home in Silver Bay.
Mr. Sundvick died on July 10th 2011 in Duluth, Minnesota at the age of 84 years old. He is buried at Crystal Bay Cemetery in Finland, Minnesota.
