Edwin G. Ranta

Edwin G. Ranta of Virginia, Minnesota was inducted into the Army on June 29, 1943.

He served as a Private and guard-patrolman at POW Sec. 1962, Service Command Unit, in the United States.

He was awarded the World War II Victory Medal.

Mr. Ranta was honorably discharged on December 11, 1945.
