Edward L. Bovitz

Mr. Bovitz inducted into the Army on June 29, 1943, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Chisholm, Minnesota.

He served as a survey and instrument man with Headquarters Battery of the 928th Field Artillery Battalion in Rhineland and Central Europe.

He received the following: Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Medal, American Campaign Medal, and one overseas service bar.

Mr. Bovitz was honorably discharged on March 16, 1946, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
