Edward Klancher

Edward Klancher entered in the Army Air Corp on December 22, 1941 at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Iron, Minnesota.

He served as a Corporal and airplane sheet metal worker in Naples-Foggia and Rome-Arno, Italy.

Mr. Klancher was awarded the: Meritorious Unit Commendation, Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with two bronze battle stars and World War II Victory Medal. 

He was honorably discharged on October 10, 1945 at Sioux Falls AFB, South Dakota.
