Edward J. Bonach

Mr. Bonach enlisted in the Regular Navy on December 13, 1940. Home at entry: Eveleth, Minnesota.

He served as a Chief Electrician's Mate aboard the aircraft carrier USS Saratoga and USS Catron (APA 71) in the Pacific Theater.

He received the following: Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with 11 bronze battle stars, American Defense Service Medal, American Campaign Medal, and World War II Victory Medal.

Mr. Bonach was honorably discharged on November 25, 1946, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
