Dorothy Kanton Perry Klosowsky was born May 21, 1916, in Duluth, Minnesota.

She attended Cotton High School and Eveleth Junior College. She served in the WAVES during World War II.

After her military service, she worked at Brown and Bigelow in St. Paul, Duluth Civil Defense Office, U.S. Air Base medical dispensary and NORAD as an executive secretary.

She died Jan. 8, 2003.
