Donald H. Hakala

Donald H. Hakala enlisted in the US Navy on November 2, 1944.

He served as a Seaman 2nd Class in aviation ordnance aboard the USS Duxbury Bay in the Philippines and continental United States stations.

Mr. Hakala was awarded the  Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, American Campaign Service Medal and World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorably discharged October 28, 1947, NAS Alameda, Calif.
