Donald F. Rossley of Duluth, Minnesota enlisted in the Naval Reserve on April 12, 1944.

He was a Seaman 1st Class with Air Group 55 and on the aircraft carrier USS Suwanee (CVE 27). He served in the Pacific Theater at Okinawa, Leyte Gulf, Borneo, and Japan.

He was discharged on May 23, 1946.
