KOLENDA, David Bernard

David Bernard Kolenda was born on March 24th 1920 to August & Michelena [Cleslak] Kolenda in Duluth, Minnesota.

Mr. Kolenda entered the U.S. Naval Reserve on November 12th 1943 during WWII.

He was a Coxswain with the 33rd Naval Construction Battalion (Special), (Seabees) in the Pacific Theater (Philippines).

He was honorably discharged from the service on December 20th 1945.

Mr. Kolenda died on December 10th 1990 at 70 years of age. He is buried at the Polish Catholic Cemetery in Duluth.
