Daniel Zigich

Daniel Zigich enlisted in the Naval Reserve on June 9, 1943, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Home at entry: Kinney, Minnesota.

He served as a Pharmacist's Mate 2nd Class and hospital corpsman in the Pacific Theater at Leyte, Luzon, Clark AFB, Philippines, and at USN Hospitals in the continental U.S.

Mr. Zigich was awarded the American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal, and Philippine Liberation Medal with one bronze battle star.

He was honorably discharged on March 11, 1946, at Great Lakes, Illinois.
