Mr. Clifford Lindquist Mr. Lindquist was inducted into the Army Air Corps on August 17, 1943, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota.
He served as a Corporal and sanitary technician with the 1571st Army Air Forces Base Unit of the Air Transport Command in New Guinea, Southern Philippines (Liberation), and Luzon Islands.
Mr. Lindquist was awarded the: Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal, Philippine Liberation Medal with one bronze star and three overseas service bars.
He was honorably discharged January 24, 1946, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
